A general strategy for fabricating a double layer self-deformed shape memory hydrogel which includes thermo-responsive actuating and pH-responsive memorizing is presented. Compared with traditional polymer systems, the temporary of could be generated by upon trigger heat without need an external force, further memorized layer.
Poor, nontunable mechanical properties as well finite shape memory performance pose a barrier to hydrogels realize practical applications. Here, new hydrogel with tunable and multishape effect was presented.
