Co-axial electrospinning was applied for the structuring of non-woven webs TiO2 nanofibers loaded with Ag, Au, and CuO nanoparticles. The composite layers were tested in an electrochromic half-cell assembly. A clear correlation between nanoparticle composition effect nanofibrous is observed: Ag reveals a black-brown color, Au shows dark-blue dark-green color. For applications, Au/TiO2 layer most promising choice, color modulation time 6 s, transmittance 40%, coloration efficiency 20 cm2/C,...
High-density arrays of silicon wedges bound by {111} planes on (100) wafers have been created combining convex corner lithography a dioxide hard mask with anisotropic, crystallographic etching in repetitive, self-aligned multiplication procedure. A mean pitch around 30 nm has achieved, based an initial ∼120 obtained through displacement Talbot lithography. The typical resolution the was reduced to sub-10 range employing 8 layer (measured planes). Nanogaps 6 and freestanding flaps as thin 1–2...
