A biosensor based on atemoya peroxidase immobilised modified nanoclay was developed for the determination of glyphosate by enzyme inhibition method. The inhibitor effect biocide results in a decrease current response hydroquinone that used as phenolic substrate to obtain base signal. constructed using graphite powder, multiwalled carbon nanotubes, and mineral oil. Square-wave voltammetry utilised optimisation application biosensor, several parameters were investigated determine optimum...
In this paper we present a novel method for the analysis of antioxidant tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in soybean biodiesel by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) on glassy carbon (GC) electrode. This was developed submitting samples to liquid–liquid extraction using two different solvents: acetonitrile (ACN) and ethanol (EtOH). The effects type volume solvent, supporting electrolyte pH were investigated optimised. parameters DPV technique optimised analytical curves obtained standard...
Sepiolite clay mineral was used as a support for the immobilisation of peroxidase enzyme from ingá-cipó (Inga edulis Mart.) and with graphite powder, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs), oil, nafion 0.5% (v/v) in development new biosensor determination antioxidant tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) by square-wave voltammetry (SWV). For optimisation application biosensor, several parameters were investigated to determine optimum experimental conditions using SWV. The best performance obtained 0.1...
We report an enzymatic biosensor based on the microbial lipaseCeratobasidiumsp.2 immobilized lamellar zinc hydroxynitrate decorated gold nanoparticles and then incorporated into carbon paste with multi-walled nanotubes (CNTs).
The electrochemical oxidation of dipyridamole (DIP) has been studied in acidified aqueous solutions at platinum electrodes employing cyclic voltammetry and controlled-potential electrolysis. progress the anodic as a function time was monitored by with ultramicroelectrodes, absorption fluorescence optical spectroscopies, resulting integrated charge being indicative two electron process. voltammograms registered for low scan speeds are characterized single irreversible diffusion controlled...

A method was developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of pesticides carbendazim (CBZ), diuron (DI) carbofuran (CF) in surface water using a sustainable, handmade, low-cost composite electrode (CE) based on graphite polycaprolactone (PCL). The cyclic voltammetric (CV) results showed quasi-reversible oxidation peak CBZ around +0.76 V, an irreversible DI CF at +0.88 +1.32 respectively. Under optimized conditions, anodic currents were proportional over ranges 5.0-1059.0 µg L-1...

The electroreduction of Dipyridamole (DIP) was studied in 0.10 mol L-1 phosphate buffer solution (pH 3.0) on a mercury coated platinum microelectrode (Hg-ME), employing cyclic, linear sweep voltammetry and polarography techniques. similarity between Hg-ME voltammetric profile the sigmoidal polarographic waves both with diffusion limited current is showed. Experiments hanging drop electrode (HMDE) were performed parallel to confirm results obtained Hg-ME, which indicated that reduction occurs...
A DSA KIND ELECTRODE: Ti/IrO 2 -Nb O 5 .This work presents the electrochemical treatment of wastewater biodiesel production, using based on IrO and Nb .The anode was prepared by modified Pechini method characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD), in order to evaluate structural morphological properties impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry accelerated stability test investigate behavior. The SEM image shows typical mud-cracked layer.By XRD measurements,...
In Portugal consumers prefer low weight carcasses from kids. Some studies on carcass and meat characteristics were conducted with this type of (Santos et al., 2007). However, there is little information the effect increasing live at slaughter by supplementing diets fed to kids concentrate in order maximize production. The objective study was evaluate diet, sex degree maturity Serrana breed composition muscle chemical composition.
