Characters of external genitalia are considered as one the important criteria to understand taxonomy insects. In present study, various taxonomic characters male and female wing venation six species under genus Junonia Hübner viz., orythia (Linnaeus, 1758), iphita (Cramer, [1779]), almana lemonias hierta (Fabricius, 1798), atlites 1763), have been described illustrated in detail.
