An expedient synthesis of a new family configurationally stable dioxa[6]helicenes was established using sequential helicoselective organocatalyzed heteroannulation/eliminative aromatization via enantioenriched fused 2-nitro dihydrofurans featuring both central and helical chiralities. Starting from simple achiral precursors, broad range these previously unknown chiral heterocyclic scaffolds were obtained with good efficiency, their proceeded very high enantiopurity retention in most cases.
Following the successful construction of nitrilium/pyridinium and sulfonium salts, Chan-Lam coupling has been significantly advanced with first demonstration quaternary phosphonium salt synthesis. We present a method employing copper(II) acetate in trifluoroethanol to efficiently produce range aryl vinyl salts from boronic acids, including those derived complex natural products, thus overcoming phosphine oxidation issues expanding scope functionalized phosphorus.
Snake gourd is a seasonal vegetable with high water content and medicinal value, but the short harvest period limits large-scale application of snake gourd. Therefore, effects freeze-thaw pretreatment (FT) combined hot air (HD) on drying characteristics, active ingredients bioactivities were investigated.
