Placenta accreta may lead to life-threatening complications and is difficult distinguish by traditional MRI sequences. In this study, IVIM-based virtual elastography was used for the first time detect stiffness of placenta, it found that (IVIM) values AP-ROIs were mostly higher than those NP-ROIs; IR-ROIs also significantly NIR-ROIs. Thus, implanted regions placenta could be stiffer non-implanted regions. That helpful adding a new method clinical diagnosis accreta.
