A compact printed ultra-wideband (UWB) monopole antenna with dual band-notched characteristics is presented. One complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR) etched inside the patch of to achieve notch frequency bands. practical example for a UWB (working from 2.90 12 GHz) demonstrated, one band at 3.40–3.48 GHz and other 5.40–5.98 GHz. A low angle estimation method in the presence of multipath for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar is proposed. The signal model MIMO constructed with both transmitted and received signals being considered. By the discovered correlation between linear functions over GF(qn) and matrices GF (q), a new scheme is presented to resolve algebraic expression of Rijndael S-box in this paper.
