A mild approach for direct C2 sulfonylation of heteroaromatic N-oxides with sulfonyl hydrazides affording 2-sulfonyl quinolines/pyridines has been developed. variety and participate effectively in this transformation which uses hypoiodites (generated situ from NaI TBHP) as a means substrate activators. This study examined the attachment, persistence, and fate of Listeria monocytogenes on selected varieties fresh pears during simulated extended storage, along with dynamics resident yeast mold (Y&M) populations.
