目的 探讨肌松控制呼吸和保留自主呼吸两种不同方式麻醉通气在小儿气道异物手术中的应用.方法 选择硬支气管镜手术240例,随机数字表法分为不同通气方式的两组:保留自主呼吸组(S组,保留自主呼吸)与控制呼吸组(C组,麻醉机手控通气).比较术中相关呼吸道并发症,手术时间,复苏时间等情况.结果 C组手术及复苏时间的平均值较S组短,C组小儿最低血氧饱和度(SaO2)平均值((-x)±s,下同)为(0.88±0.11),明显高于S组(0.79±0.16),差异有统计学意义(t=4.400,P 0.05).两组术中血流动力学变化差异没有统计学意义(P值均>0.05).结论 肌松控制呼吸可以提供良好的手术条件和平稳的麻醉深度,应被推荐为气道异物手术中首选的麻醉方法.
