Introduction: Prostate biopsies incur the risk of being false-negativeand this has not yet been evaluated for 12-core prostatebiopsy. Some but not all reports, particularly those of a retrospective nature, have noted an increased risk carcinoma in thyroid nodules patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT). Thyroid cancer (TC) HT, however, been reported to better prognosis. In the presence ultrasonography (US) appearance gland might vary greatly, making it more difficult differentiate between benign and malignant nodules. The aim this study was determine if there is association TC HT US histopathologic characteristics...

To evaluate the diagnostic performance of a novel combination advanced sonographic techniques in distinguishing between malignant and benign lymph nodes. A total 59 patients with enlarged nodes were evaluated conventional ultrasound (US), superb microvascular imaging (SMI), shear wave elastography (SWE) even before ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy. Following development regression models, utility univariate multivariate parameters was using receiver operating characteristic (ROC)...

The incidence of hematological malignancies during pregnancy is low, and treatment in this setting problematic. This study observed 21 pregnancies 18 patients with malignancies.
