Based on introduction of Extended Binary Phase Shift Keying (EBPSK) modulation, a variable bit rate (VBR) communication system is proposed in this paper. We design an algorithm for the code detection VBR-adaption receiver, and realize by use tool named System Generator. Then we set up simple multi-code rates transmitter model to test detector.
