An attempt is made to obtain a welded joint from rolled sheets of heat-resistant copper alloy using friction stir welding. This method differs other types welding in the absence cast weld structure. According test results, no defects are found. It found that metal mixing zone noticeably softer than base metal: HV 0.1 microhardness values for (143.4 ± 3.2) MPa, and average value was 110 MPa with fluctuation 97.9 138 MPa. The application annealing at 980 °C 30 minutes ensures alignment...

BaFe(11.5-x)Ti0.5AlxO19 (0.1 ≤ x 3.0) samples were produced using solid state reaction method. Systematic studies of the crystal structure parameters, magnetic and microwave properties carried out. All single phase described by P63/mmc space group. It was established that an increase in content Al3+ ions (or BaM:Ti, where BaM – M-type barium hexaferrite) leads to a decrease lattice parameters density samples. This correlates well with ionic radii atomic weight Fe3+ ions. The weakening...
