In this paper, we describe the BBN 2007 Mandarin speech-to-text system developed for GALE Evaluation 2007. comparison to 2006 system, achieved 25% relative reduction in character error rate on most important test sets. The utilization of all available training data provided largest contribution improvement. use a better pitch tracking algorithm also contributed significantly, while combination made some noticeable improvement too.

Optimum working conditions of 11 fluids under different heat source temperatures in an organic Rankine cycle were systematically investigated. Cycle efficiency each fluid was compared at their optimal operating then analyzed. R141b appears to be the best choice when temperature is around 200oC.
