The aim of the experiments was to determine effect sowing density and nitrogen fertilisation on cannabidiol (CBD) Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) yields in selected cultivars fibre hemp. A three-factor field experiment conducted 2014-2016. Factor A: cultivar (Futura 75, KC Dora Tygra), factor B: (60 180 seeds/m2) C: (0, 30, 60 90 kg/ha). CBD yield ranged from 10.52 g/m2 cv. Tygra 10.99 Dora. Among examined cultivars, highest Δ9-THC observed. Sowing did not modify yield, but increasing...
<p>Within the ERA-net CORE Organic Plus transnational programmes supported project PRODIVA producing of information required for a better utilization crop diversification weed management in North European organic arable cropping systems was started. To fulfill goal this project- not to eradicate problems, which is unlikely happen any farming system, but maintain diversified and manageable flora that can support beneficial organisms- there were data from ongoing long-termed system...
Sustainable agroecosystems with systematic crop rotation and diversity can promote the maintenance of soil fertility sustainable carbon cycling including CO 2 sequestration from atmosphere formation organic matter. To contribute to implementation goals European Green Deal course, it is necessary assess uptake capacity for widest possible range agricultural crops grown in a certain region. This study determined amount above-ground (Resid AG ) below-ground BG residues plants content C N fixed...
Weeds remain a challenge in organic arable farming, as well supply ecosystem services. The aim is to control weed densities while hosting diverse and manageable community, preventing domination of few deleterious species. Therefore, we want understand how specific species are stimulated, which traits selected for. This study focuses on crop diversity hypothesizing that (1) regions (2) function filters for traits. We conducted monitoring spring cereals over 2 years farms five northern...

In the frame of EU 7th Research Framework Programme The European Union project EUROLEGUME (Enhancing legumes growing in Europe through sustainable cropping for protein supplay food and feed) two Rhizobium leguminosarium strains alone mixture were examinated to evaluate influence on yield formation faba bean (Vicia L.) ‘Lielplatones’. field experiment was carried out at Institute Agricultural Resources Economics between 2014 -2016 organic system field. beans seeds treated with rhizobia fungi...
This study is a component of the CORE Organic Plus PRODIVA project, collaboration between international weed research institutions, which aims to improve utilization crop diversification for management in northern European organic arable cropping systems. The overall goal maintain diversified and manageable flora that can support beneficial organisms. objective this specific conducted by Group Crop Health University Rostock identify challenges control, investigate role field cluster species...
