2101 duplex stainless steel with low Ni content is developed to replace austenitic in many corrosive environments. Herein, the effects of Ce addition on microstructure and corrosion resistance are studied. The electrochemical behavior contents 0, 0.005, 0.020 wt% studied 3.5 NaCl solution 0.05 mol L −1 H 2 SO 4 + KSCN at 25 °C. situation evaluated 6 FeCl 3 35 results show that increasing content, proportion α phase decreases, whereas γ increases.
