酸素分圧の異なる窒素, 酸素混合ガス中で7種の雑草の発芽試験を行い, 発芽時の酸素要求度を調べた。1) 同じ草種でも種子の前歴によって発芽時の酸素要求度が異なる場合があった。2) 草種の間では, 発芽時の酸素要求度はヒメイヌビエ≒オオイヌタデ>イボクサ>イヌビエ有芒種>タイヌビエ>イヌホタルイ>コナギで, イヌホタルイとコナギでは空気中よりも酸素分圧が低い条件で発芽が良好であった。3) 酸素分圧がある値よりも低くなると葉色の発現や発根が阻害され, イヌホタルイ以外の草種では幼芽の伸長も抑制された。イヌホタルイでは高酸素分圧で幼芽の伸長が劣った。

청국장은 한국 고유의 발효식품이다. 이러한 항암, 항산화 효과 등 많은 효능을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전통 발효 고추장에서 분리되어 항균 활성과 프로바이오틱스 작용을 가지는 Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SCGB 1 균주를 사용하여 발효한 청국장의 열수 추출물을 이용하여 대식세포 RAW 264.7에 대한 항염증 효과와 LPS로 유발시킨 마우스 패혈증 모델 및 HCl/EtOH로 급성 위염모델에서 효과를 조사하였다. 그 결과 청국장 추출물은 독성이 없는 농도에서 염증유발인자 NO는 물론 전염증성 사이토카인인 TNF-α와 IL-6를 현저하게 억제하였으며, 이들 염증매개인자의 생성과 관련된 iNOS 효소와 TNF-α IL-6 사이토카인의 mRNA 발현을 억제하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 또한 세포 내 신호전달 기전을 해석하기 위한 실험에서 MAPK 중 JNK와 p38 분자의 인산화를 IκB의 차단하여 NF-κB의 활성화를 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 모델에서 추출물...
7種の雑草について, 土壌水分, 覆土量と発芽, 出芽との関係を調べ, 次のようなことが分かった。1) 野生ヒエの3種は土壌水分が多いほど発芽が抑制され, 出芽深度が浅くなり, 湛水下の最大出芽深度はタイヌビエ約2cm, イヌビエ有芒種約1cmで, ヒメイヌビエは出芽が少なかった。最適土壌水分下の最大出芽深度は, 3種ともおおよそ8cmであった。2) コナギは湛水下のごく表層でのみ出芽し, 飽水ではほとんど出芽しなかった。3) イヌホタルイは湛水下の最大出芽深度が約3cmで, 飽水では出芽は少なかった。4) イボクサとオオイヌタデの適湿条件での最大出芽深度は約6cmであった。
