$P_c$ resonances are studied in the approach of quark model and group theory. Hidden-charm pentaquarks are analysed in Group Theory the baryon-meson molecule picture within framework of constituent quark model. The investigation strong decays pentaquark resonances reveals that states all configurations can decay through $N J/\psi$ channel while only five may open-charm modes. partial widths $p\eta_c$ same order as $p for $J^P=1/2^-$ states, but is forbidden $J^P=3/2^-$ states. \eta_c$, $\Sigma_c\bar{D}$ and $\Lambda_c^+\bar{D}$ channels open $P_c(4440)$ $P_c(4457)$...
