Microscopic three-dimensional imaging and phase quantification for objects hidden behind a scattering medium by using in-line phase-shift digital holography are proposed. A spatial resolution of 1.81 µm highly accurate quantitative demonstrated scatter plate. Three-dimensional was confirmed with depth difference 1.32 mm. Abstract A computation speed of more than 100 Gbps is experimentally demonstrated using our developed ultrahigh-speed optical correlator. To verify this high practically, the speeds correlator and conventional digital image matching are quantitatively compared. We use a population count function that achieves fastest calculation when calculating binary by central processing unit (CPU).
