Two new earthworm species from grassland and herbaceous plant formations in the departments of Arauca y Casanare (Orinoquian region Colombia) are described, Righiodrilus cusiani sp. nov. Three new and four known species of earthworms (Oligochaeta: Glossoscolecidae) from the department Caquetá inColombia’s Amazon region were studied. The descriptions of three species terrestrial oligochaetes, family Glossocolecidae, are added to the catalog earth-worms Colombia’s Amazon region: Martiodrilus (Maipure) huitoto sp. nov., M. (Cordilleroscolex) mirania nov.,and Periscolex coreguaje nov.). With these new registries, earthworms fauna Colombia now contains 136 spe-cies. A key is included differentiate Periscolex, and several observations given related distribution presence depending on changes in land use.
