In this study, we report a novel feasible single step reduction method for the active synthesis of biocompatible chitosan coated copper oxide nanoparticles (Cs-CuO NPs), loading and delivery doxorubicin (DOX) into breast cancer cells. The formulated (NPs) were characterized by size, shape surface charge using various sophisticated instruments. Interestingly, these particles showed profound drug activity also its versatile nature DOX release at different pH which makes them as ideal therapy....

A group of disorders known as cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) affect the blood vessels that supply heart muscle. CVDs are leading global cause death; however, absence a successful metabolomic strategy has impeded advancement CVD research. Because this great challenge, bimetallic metal–organic framework (MOF) nanoparticles (NPs) have been developed for metabolic finger printings (MFs) in study molecular changes and coronary artery disease (CAD). simple method design various MOF-NPs based on...

Although there has been considerable achievement in the field of breast cancer therapeutics, tackling disturbing issue highly potent triple-negative (TNBC) still remains a hurdle therapeutics. Here, for first time we propose poly(ethylenimine) (PEI)-mediated approach synthesis hyaluronic acid (HA) tagged cerium oxide nanoparticles (CePEI-NPs) as therapeutic agent TNBC. Primarily, formulated HA-CePEI-NPs upon treatment displayed superior anticancer effect by exhibiting loss mitochondrial...

For molecular diagnostics in modern biomedical research, electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) based on proteome profiling is important. Now a days, sample preparation such as proteolysis and protein extraction remain incredibly challenging inefficient. Recent sample-preparation methods micro tips show promising results toward the aim “a an hour”. Proteolysis at tip, still infrequently observed does not represent processing of complex bio-samples. In this study, we outline...
