We analyze the transverse momentum spectra of charged pions measured in Au + collisions at [Formula: see text] and Pb using Tsallis distribution modified to include flow. All are well described by an extended range upto 6 GeV/c. The kinetic freeze-out temperature (T), average flow (β) degree nonthermalization (q) obtained as a function system size for both energies.
