Abstract Films of polycrystalline terbium iron garnet (TbIG), cerium‐substituted TbIG (CeTbIG), and bismuth‐substituted (BiTbIG) are grown on Si substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The films grow under tensile strain due to thermal mismatch with the substrate, resulting in a dominant magnetoelastic anisotropy which, combined shape anisotropy, leads in‐plane magnetization. has compensation temperature 253 K which is reduced substitution Ce Bi. Faraday rotation at 1550 nm TbIG, 0.36 Bi 0.03...
Efforts are rising in opening up science by making data more transparent and easily available, including the reduction evaluation procedures code. A strong foundation for this is F.A.I.R. principle, building on Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, Reuse of digital assets, complemented letter T trustworthyness data. Here, we have used data, which was made available Institute Laue-Langevin can be identified using a DOI, to follow F.A.I.R.+T. principle extracting, evaluating publishing...
