This article develops a cosmopolitan field analysis, drawing on Bourdieu and Beck, to analyze Swiss hospitality management schools (SHMS). Using multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) 19 interviews, it highlights the competing uses of academic recognition, admissions, alumni networks, as well complexity reconciling international identities. The results highlight nuanced interaction local, national, attributes in shaping attractiveness SHMS global scene.
