The goal of this study was to compare Forgiveness in normal, non-clinical depressed and clinical people. 151 individuals including 31 depressed, 60 normal people were asked complete Enright Inventory (EFI; et al., 1991) Beck Depression (BDI; Beck, 1979). Result revealed that group have been more forgiving than group. There no significant difference between non- forgiveness. Forgiving others protects against the negative effect anger, hatred revenge prevents them from becoming depressed.
