This paper explores the features of both nanoporous and compact TiO2 films formed by titanium anodisation in two experimental conditions, given that they have completely different morphologies properties than those found our previous studies. After anodisation, samples been subjected for 20 days to immersion tests media (H2O, H3PO4, KOH). Surface morphology, phase composition wettability anodised were investigated using FESEM, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, contact angle measurements XPS,...
The objective of this work was to investigate the effects anodization parameters on anatase phase formation titanium oxide films, which have been grown both electropolished and non-electropolished surfaces by direct current in 0.25 2.5 mol L-1 H3PO4 solutions, respectively, at three times (3, 6 12 hours). SEM, Raman spectroscopy X-ray diffraction techniques revealed characteristics anodic films. Films were characterized according presence crystalline nuclei an amorphous matrix. It found that...
