背景.胸腺癌は化学療法や放射線治療による治療効果が報告されているが,エビデンスは乏しい.今回我々は術後胸腔内再発に対し,放射線治療・逐次化学療法により長期無増悪生存が得られた症例を経験したので報告する.症例.55歳男性.胸腺癌に対して拡大胸腺摘出術+リンパ節生検を施行した.術後6か月で右前胸部に再発を認めた.放射線治療を施行し,カルボプラチン・パクリタキセルによる化学療法を4コース施行し,完全寛解を得た.逐次放射線化学療法を施行後60か月再発はない.結語.本症例は,胸腺癌の再発症例に対して逐次放射線化学療法により5年無増悪生存が得られている貴重な症例と考えられた.
