Our study discusses the probable etiologies and characteristics of pulmonary cavities in post-COVID-19 patients. A cavity is a late complication disease, yet it has led to multiple referrals our tertiary hospital Tehran, Iran.

COVID-19 is a major health issue, and patients with underlying conditions are more susceptible to catastrophic outcomes. Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) severe systemic disease caused by an immune system hypersensitive reaction.
