This study aimed to synthesis of new compounds that containing nitrogen atom and test their anticancer activity. New alkaloids have been synthesized 1H, 13C NMR, IR LC-MS thoroughly characterized. Cytotoxicity was measured against the MCF-7 human breast cell lines. The results showed better significant cytotoxic activity RU8 followed by RU6 finally RU7 cancer lines MCF-7.
