The purpose of this study is to clarify the drug interaction profile aumolertinib, and influence CYP3A4 genetic polymorphism on aumolertinib metabolic characteristics. Through microsomal enzyme reactions, we screened 153 drugs identified 15 that significantly inhibited metabolism aumolertinib. Among them, telmisartan carvedilol exhibited potent inhibitory activities in rat liver microsomes (RLM) human (HLM). In vivo , pharmacokinetic parameters including AUC C max were altered when...

In this paper, by constructing equivalent transformations (ETs) of the generalized cylindrical KdV (cKdV) types equations, we transform variable-coefficient partial differential equations (vc-PDEs) into constant-coefficient PDEs (cc-PDEs) under some conditions. Particularly, classical cKdV equation is transformed accordingly, then exact solutions to vc-PDEs are provided in terms ETs. Thus, an effective approach getting presented based on cc-PDEs.

Two hierarchies of nonlinear integrable positive and negative lattice equations are derived from a discrete spectral problem. The two proved to have zero curvature representations associated with problem, which also shows that the correspond power expansions Lax operators respect parameter, respectively. Moreover, models in hierarchy polynomial type, rational type. Further, we construct infinite conservation laws about hierarchy.

An integrable lattice hierarchy is derived on the basis of a new matrix spectral problem. Then, some properties this are shown, such as Liouville integrability, bi‐Hamiltonian structure, and infinitely many conservation laws. After that, Darboux transformation first equation in constructed. Eventually, explicitly exact solutions investigated via graphs.
