Traditional antifouling coatings are toxic to marine life, which makes developing new environmentally friendly imperative. Antifouling that nonadhesive and antimicrobial may provide an effective approach achieving this goal. 위조부품(Counterfeit parts)은 법적인 근거 없이 정품과 동일하게 복제하거나 재료, 성능, 특성 등이 허위로 표기된 부품을 말하며, 부품 공급망관리(Supply Chain Management, 이하 SCM)에서 무기체계의 높은 장비 신뢰도와 품질 안정성에 상당한 영향을 주는 부적합사항(장비 가동률 저하, 및 신뢰성 제한 등)으로 분류되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무기체계 공급망관리에서 포함한 하드웨어 위험요소를 최소화하여 운용장비 신뢰성을 확보하고자 중앙조달 대중소·계약업체와 위조(의심)부품(Counterfeit suspect parts)에 대한 회피(Avoidance), 식별(Detection), 경감(Mitigation) 활동을 제안한다. 특히 방위사업법 개정 발효('24. 7.)에 따라 공급망 관리 측면에서 신규 위조(의심)업무의 실무적인 업무영역을 도출하여 업체 지원방안과 업무 프로세스를 제시하였고, 효과적인 군수품 적합성 검증활동이 정착되도록 계약업체...
