Transplantation is the ultimate therapy for end-stage kidney disease. Early graft dysfunction a devastating event to patients and carries risk of loss. Medical causes early loss include rejection, drug toxicity, thrombotic microangiopathy. Here, we report case posttransplant microangiopathy associated with cellular vascular rejection.
