【目的】栄養障害 (MN) を呈する血液透析 (HD) 患者の身体機能, 栄養指標に対するレジスタンストレーニング (RT) の効果を検討した. 【方法】HD患者75例をGeriatric Nutrition Risk Index (GNRI) により, MN群19例 (GNRI<91), 対照 (C) 群56例 (GNRI≧91) の2群に分類し, Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), Life Space Assessment (LSA), 血清アルブミン (Alb), GNRIに対する9か月間のHD中のRTの効果を検討した. 【結果】MN群は, RT開始前のSPPB, LSA, Alb, GNRIがC群に比べて有意に低値を示したが, HD中のRTにより, 各指標とも有意に改善した (p<0.05). 【結論】MNを呈するHD患者へのHD中のRTは, 身体機能, 栄養指標の改善に有用である.
