The development of Large Language Models (LLMs) relies on extensive text corpora, which are often unevenly distributed across languages. This imbalance results in LLMs performing significantly better high-resource languages like English, German, and French, while their capabilities low-resource remain inadequate. Currently, there is a lack quantitative methods to evaluate the performance these To address this gap, we propose Ranker, an intrinsic metric designed benchmark rank based LLM using...

This study uses Chinese firm export data to investigate the heterogeneous impact of economic policy uncertainty (EPU) faced by firms on recovery, and then explores moderating effect regional digital economy. We find that rise in EPU due external shocks weakens firms' recovery. By reducing costs improving margins, development economy mitigates this weakening effect, but is pronounced more productive firms. These findings provide insights for supply chain stability under uncertainty, thus...

Abstract Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a promising membrane material for pervaporation (PV) desalination. However, the adjustment and control of cross‐linking structure still challenge PVA membrane. In this study, novel pH‐resistant PVA‐based composite efficient desalination was developed by precisely adjusting behavior. Vinyl alcohol‐vinylamine copolymer (VA‐co‐VAm) containing both hydroxyl amino groups synthesized. Cross‐linking reaction carried out based on Schiff base between (in VAm...

Abstract Based on the panel data of 216 Chinese cities from 2008 to 2018, synergistic reduction efficiency pollution and carbon (SREPC) was calculated using super‐efficiency slack‐based measure model. Differences‐in‐differences (DID), propensity score matching (PSM)–DID, spatial‐DID were adopted study impact emission trading (CET) policy SREPC. The results show that SREPC not improved overall, with an unbalanced development characteristic high in east low west. Meta‐frontier there indeed...

The balance between smog pollution (SP) control and economic growth (EG) is currently a major problem facing China’s development. Green technology innovation (GTI) an effective way to promote ecological civilization realize green Thus, whether GTI can facilitate win–win situation of SP stable EG important issue academic concerns. In this paper, the mechanisms role GTI, were systematically demonstrated. corresponding research hypotheses proposed. Based on data book 278 Chinese cities from...

This study adopts an industrial structure coordination perspective to elucidate the theoretical mechanism through which digital economy (DE) development influences smog pollution (SP), and employs panel data encompassing 214 cities at prefecture level above in China over period 2010–2019 empirically examine this relationship. The findings reveal following: (1) Industrial rationalisation (ISR) advancement (ISA) positively contribute nexus between DE governance SP. Nevertheless, ISR stands...

Efficiently measuring nonlinear properties, like the entanglement spectrum, is a significant yet challenging task from quantum information processing to many-body physics. Current methodologies often suffer an exponential scaling of sampling cost or require auxiliary qubits and deep circuits. To address these limitations, we propose efficient auxiliary-free replica shadow (AFRS) framework, which leverages power joint entangling operation on few input replicas while integrating mindset...
