Switched-capacitor stages are described which can function with very low (typically 1 V) supply voltages, without using voltage boosting or switched op-amps. Simulations indicate that high performance may be achieved these circuits in filter data converter applications.

There is a strong demand for an input switch in switched-capacitor circuits, covering rail-to-rail signal swing when low power-supply voltages are used. This brief proposes novel clock-boosting scheme. The generated clock of this new circuit applied to regular CMOS transmission gate implement simple and robust sampling the supply very low. In approach, during phase, gate-voltage nMOS boosted up V/sub dd/+k/spl middot/V/sub dd/, voltage pMOS lowered gnd/-k/spl where k can be made...

The eigenfrequencies of a finite-length cylindrical cavity may be interpreted as the resonances caused by phase-matching circumferential waves that circumnavigate along certain helical paths, and get reflected back forth from its top bottom flat surfaces. In this paper, we obtain dispersion curves these correspond to series well-defined pitch angles their helix for different values cavity's length-to-radius ratio.

A novel switched-capacitor (SC) input branch is proposed for low-voltage applications. This circuit can be used at the very first providing external signals. It not only eliminates problem of a floating switch from signal path, but also reduces complexities earlier branches. achieved by modifying common SC branch. In configuration, there no need boosted-clock voltage, switched-opamp method, or reset-opamp technique.

Estimating the atmospheric turbulence strength ( C n 2 ) becomes significant in research field of electromagnetic radiation transmission through atmosphere, particularly optical waves. As increases, quality and these waves may decrease cause much trouble as they pass atmosphere. Throughout years, has been formulated by different groups for various geographical locations seasons using macro-meteorological variables empirically theoretically. However, since models are based on data collected...

A simple technique is proposed to adjust coefficients of transfer functions in switched-capacitor circuits. Transfer-function-coefficients are defined by capacitor-values considering full-charge among capacitors. The tuning this paper based on adjusting the amount charge transferred from one capacitor next capacitor. By all means, net switchedcapacitor circuits will effectively modify function a particular block without modifying individual values.
