Abstract Zinc batteries hold promise for grid‐scale energy storage due to their safety and low cost. A key challenge the field is identifying cathode materials that can undergo reversible redox reactions at extreme potentials required realizing high density devices. While organic have been extensively explored as structural tunability eco‐friendliness, most reported zinc‐organic exhibit a voltage lower than 1.2 V. In this report, by employing rational molecular design synthesis,...
The highly reversible plating/stripping of Zn is plagued by dendrite growth and side reactions on metallic anodes, retarding the commercial application aqueous Zn-ion batteries. Herein, a distinctive nano dual-phase diamond (NDPD) comprised an amorphous–crystalline heterostructure developed to regulate deposition mechanically block growth. rich heterointerfaces in NDPD endow modified anodes with enhanced affinity result homogeneous nucleation. In addition, unparalleled hardness effectively...
There is a growing demand for thermal management materials in electronic fields. Aerogels have attracted interest due to their extremely low density and extraordinary insulation properties. However, the application of aerogels limited by high production costs requirement that aerogel structures not be load-bearing. In this study, mullite-reinforced SiC-based composite (MR-SiC AC) prepared through 3D printing combined with situ growth SiC nanowires post processing. The fabricated MR-SiC AC...
Abstract Temperature is one of the seven fundamental physical quantities. The ability to measure temperatures approaching absolute zero has driven numerous advances in low-temperature physics and quantum physics. Currently, millikelvin below are measured through characterization a certain thermal state system as there no traditional thermometer capable measuring at such low levels. In this study, we develop kind diamond with sp 2 - 3 composite phase tackle problem. synthesized (CPD) exhibits...
A novel bow-tie slot antenna fed by CPW is investigated. It designed to work on a thick substrate (h=62 mil) with high dielectric constant (εr=10.1). Two metal stubs are introduced at the center of control impedance matching and cross-polarization level. As result, no balun network required. parametric study based numerical spectral domain performed. bandwidth more than 40% achieved, experimental results presented. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
