Abstract A lead ion-selective electrode based on dibenzopyridino-18-crown-6 as membrane carrier was successfully prepared. The exhibits a Nernstian response for Pb2+ ions over wide concentration range. Influences of the nature plasticizer, concentrations internal solutions in electrodes and composition were investigated. exhibited comparatively good selectivities with respect to alkali, alkaline earth some transition heavy metal ions.

In this study, ZnO-Red Ochre nanocomposite was green synthesized by Rosa Damascena (RD) extract (RDZRONCs). Proton Induced X-ray Emission microanalysis (Micro-PIXE) and diffraction (XRD) pattern confirmed the presence of hematite (Fe2O3), quartz (SiO2) mineral phases in Red (RO) nanoclay. addition, XRD shows ZnO, ZnFe2O4, SiO2, Fe2O3, Si RDZRONCs that were with natural RD RO. The used to modify carbon paste electrode (CPE) for electrochemical determination anticancer drug 5-fluorouracil...

The increasing application of aptamers in bioassays has triggered a lot research interest for development highly sensitive and selective sensing platforms. Herein, we report on the design cocaine biosensor by immobilizing 5'-disulfide-functionalized end an aptamer sequence nanoporous gold (NPG) electrode followed conjugation its 3'-amino-functionalized to 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHBA) as redox probe. In presence cocaine, undergoes conformational change from open unfolded state closed...

Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) has been developed for preconcentration and determination of tramadol, ((±)-cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol-HCl), in aqueous biological samples (urine, blood). DLLME is a simple, rapid efficient method drugs samples. Efficient factors on the process defined optimized extraction tramadol including type disperser solvents their volumes, pH donor phase, time...

A simple and sensitive method using mini-column packed with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) combined graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) for preconcentration determination of ultra trace amounts As(III) in an aqueous medium is proposed. The procedure based on the solid phase extraction As(III)-sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (As-NaDDTC) chelate MWCNTs. Various parameters such as effect pH, eluent type volume, amount sorbent, matrix effects quantitative recoveries...
