Use of botulinum toxin type A in first intention healing wounds has been widely adopted order to inhibit the formation hypertrophic scars. In this report we demonstrate use a surgical wound left heal by secondary intention, after removal squamous cell carcinoma situ Mohs micrographic surgery supralabial region, with good cosmetic result. Botulinum acts inhibiting proliferation fibroblasts, differentiating fibroblasts and producing I collagen, which are main factors responsible for quality process.
