Çalışmada ergin 8 karaca kullanıldı. Göz kasları diseksiyonla belirgin hale getirildi ve uzunluk, en kalınlık ile sclera üzerinde yapışma noktalarının limbus cornea’ya olan uzaklıkları ölçüldü. Kasların sonlanma tendo’larının sclera’ya bağlanma şekilleri belirlendi. Mm. recti içerisinde yakın bağlanan kas m. rectus lateralis (6.35 ± 0.69 mm), uzak ise medialis’di (9.09 ±1.21 mm).
