This case report describes a rare and unusual lesion found in 33-year-old male, which was diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma of the minor salivary glands upper lip. The tumor circumscribed, large firm mass, about 3 cm diameter, almost obstructing nares characterized by slow growth. Complete excision performed histopathologic analysis showed adenoma. did not recur. A brief review relevant literature is also presented.

Anterior hip dislocation is common in younger adults and the result of severe, high energy trauma such as high-velocity motor vehicle accidents or falls from great heights.
