This is a report of study on the long term results PHILOS plating and percutaneous K-wire fixation in prospective series proximal humerus fractures elderly patients. We reviewed total 60 patients with 30 (Group 1), who were treated by open reduction internal Proximal Humeral Internal Locking System (PHILOS) plate 2) fixation. Functional outcome was assessed using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) Constant-Murley Score. Mean score 84.6 points (range: 61- 100) Group 1 - 76.4 points(range:56-100) 2 at...
A retrospective cohort study. To analyze differences in between the unipedicular vs. bipedicular balloon kyphoplasty for treatment of multiple myeloma lesions. Both vertebroplasty and are reported to be effective vertebral compression fractures patients. Monopedicular investigated as viable surgical technique alternatively comparison method. We 37 body augmentation procedures, 18 (group A) 19 kyphoplasty, 9 approaches...

Anterior hip dislocation is common in younger adults and the result of severe, high energy trauma such as high-velocity motor vehicle accidents or falls from great heights. A similar mechanism injury would cause a femur neck fracture older patients. Of these, open anterior dislocations are extremely rare usually associated with other soft tissue bony injuries. We report case an normal neurovascular status third world setting.trauma, anterior, dislocation, hip, femoral head, osteonecrosis.

Chylothorax is an infrequent cause of pleural effusion that most commonly caused by the obstruction or disruption thoracic duct. rare in nephrotic syndrome. Unilateral chylothorax right side due to transdiaphragmatic shunting chylous ascites. It usually transient and self-limiting but a massive requiring therapeutic thoracentesis can also be encountered. Here, we present ascites-nephrotic syndrome resulting chylothorax, where initially done followed management with modified Ponticelli...
