본 연구는 우리나라 청소년들의 아침결식 실태를 파악하고, 아침결식과 체질량지수 및 건강 관련 요인과의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 질병관리본부의 청소년건강행태조사 제14차(2018년) 자료를 이용한 2차자료 분석연구이다. 아침식사를 주 5일 이상 섭취하지 않은 경우 아침 결식군으로, 미만 섭취군으로 분류하였다. 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 결식 여부의 차이는 복합표본 교차분석으로, 아침결식에 대한 특성 관련성은 로지스틱회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 전체인원의 33.54%가 아침을 결식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 아침결식군의 아침섭취군에 비하여 과체중과 비만에 속하는 인원의 비율이 더 높았다. 아버지 학력이 낮을수록, 주관적 가정경제수준이 주거지역이 읍면지역보다 대도시나 중소도시인 경우, 체중상태가 비만이나 과체중인 아침결식의 위험도가 또한 현재 흡연이나 음주를 하는 신체활동을 미만이나, 격렬한 3일 경우에서 증가하였으며, 과일섭취가 1일 1회 미만, 탄산음료 섭취가...
