We discuss selected and important features of hadronic molecules as one promising forms exotic hadrons near thresholds. Using examples $D \bar D^*$ systems such $X(3872)$ $Z_c$, emphasis is put on the roles pion exchange interaction between them their coupling to intrinsic quark states. The effects of B and P codoping on photoluminescence (PL) properties Si nanocrystals (nc-Si) are studied systematically. It is shown that the PL intensity codoped nc-Si always higher than either P- or B-doped nc-Si. sometimes even pure at relatively low concentrations annealing temperatures. By doping simultaneously to very high concentrations, peak shifts below band gap bulk Si.
Photoluminescence (PL) properties of heavily P- and B-doped Si nanocrystals (nc-Si) are studied. By simultaneously doping two types impurities, nc-Si exhibit strong PL at around 0.9 eV room temperature. The temperature quenching the is very small. Although peak energy close to that dangling-bond related previously observed, all observed properties, i.e., decay dynamics, degree quenching, etc., apparently different. transition between donor acceptor states in possible origin low-energy PL.

We consider a uniform dipolar Fermi gas in two-dimensions (2D) where the dipole moments of fermions are aligned by an orientable external field. obtain ground state Hartree-Fock approximation and investigate RPA stability against density fluctuations finite momentum. We study heavy baryons with an exotic flavor quantum number formed by a meson and nucleon ($\overline{D}N$ $BN$) through long range one pion exchange interaction. The bound state found previously in the $(I,{J}^{P})=(0,1/{2}^{\ensuremath{-}})$ channel survives when short interaction is included. In addition, we find resonant $(I,{J}^{P})=(0,3/{2}^{\ensuremath{-}})$ as Feshbach resonance predominated vector (${\overline{D}}^{*}N$ ${B}^{*}N$). that these states exist for charm heavier region.

Photoluminescence (PL) properties of B and P codoped compensated Si nanocrystals were studied. We demonstrate high voltage HFET operation with suppression of gm dispersion and current collapse using an n-type thin GaN cap layer combined SiN passivation a recessed ohmic structure. Polarization-induced surface charge was controlled. Off state on-state breakdown voltages were 140 V 70 V. obtained power HFETs CW 35 without any heat sinking method.
We report inelastic neutron scattering measurements that provide a distinct dynamical ``fingerprint'' for the multiferroic ground state of 3.5% Ga-doped ${\text{CuFeO}}_{2}$. The complex is stabilized by displacement oxygen atoms, which contribute to coupling predicted in ``spin-driven'' model. By comparing observed and calculated spectrum spin excitations, we conclude magnetic distorted screw-type configuration with distribution turn angles.
