This article examines methods, issues and controversies that have arisen over the last decade in effort to organize sequences of DNA base information into homogeneous segments. An array different models techniques been considered applied. We demonstrate most approaches can be embedded a suitable version multiple change-point problem, we review various methods this light. also propose discuss promising local segmentation method, namely, application split polynomial fitting. The genome...
We conducted a survey of fungal endophytes in 582 germinated seeds belonging to 11 Colombian cultivars the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). The yielded 394 endophytic isolates 42 taxa, as identified by sequence analysis ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region. Aureobasidium pullulans was dominant endophyte, isolated from 46.7 % samples. Also were Fusarium oxysporum, Xylaria sp., and Cladosporium cladosporioides, but found only 13.4 %, 11.7 7.6 seedlings, respectively....
