Pediatric lower extremity vascular injuries (LEVI) are rare but can result in significant morbidity. We aimed to describe our experience with these injuries, including associated injury patterns, diagnostic and therapeutic challenges, outcomes.
Geleophysic dysplasia (GD) is characterized by short stature, brachydactyly, joint limitations, a distinctive facial appearance, as well cardiac and respiratory dysfunction that can be life-threatening. GD caused pathogenic variants in the ADAMTSL2, FBN1, or LTBP3 genes.
