In this paper, we analyze the character of memristor. A four-dimensional autonomous hyper chaotic circuit based on memristor is given. By using differential inclusion, linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and Lyapunov stability theory, a sufficient condition for global asymptotically nonlinear memristor-based obtained. Finally, numerical example given to illustrate derived theoretical results.
