We have performed an angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy study of the new iron-based superconductor ${\mathrm{K}}_{0.8}{\mathrm{Fe}}_{1.7}{\mathrm{Se}}_{2}$ (${T}_{c}\ensuremath{\sim}30\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{K}$). Clear band dispersion is observed with overall bandwidth renormalized by a factor 2.5 compared to our local density approximation calculations, indicating relatively strong correlation effects. Only electronlike crosses Fermi energy, forming nearly circular surface (FS) at...

Antiferroelectric materials with double hysteresis loops are attractive for energy storage applications, which becoming increasingly important power electronics nowadays. Among them, AgNbO3 based lead-free ceramics have attracted intensive interest as one of promising environmental-friendly candidates. However, most the suffers from low dielectric breakdown strength (Eb). The limitation Eb is broken to some extent in this work. Here, epitaxial films were fabricated by pulsed laser...

Abstract Perovskite oxides and organic–inorganic halide perovskite materials, with numerous fascinating features, have been subjected to extensive studies. Most of the properties materials are dependence on their ferroelectricity that denoted by remanent polarization ( P r ). Thus, increase in films is mainly an effort material physics. At present, commonplace improvement schemes, i.e., controlling crystallinity, post‐annealing using a high‐temperature process, normally used. However,...

The adsorption and dissociation of oxygen molecule on Ti 3 Al (0001) surface have been investigated by density functional theory (DFT) with the generalized gradient approximation (GGA). All possible sites including nine vertical fifteen parallel O 2 are considered surface. It is found that all molecules dissociate except for three after structure optimization. This indicates prefer to junction site between atoms. Oxygen atoms coming from tend occupy most stable distance – related valence...
