This article presents results from multi-disciplinary observation of volcanic plumes during five eruptive episodes in 2014-2015.There is no doubt that this an excellent dataset with the potential to aid our understanding plume development.In particular, distant (Maido station) measurements for parameterising nucleation exciting.My main comment about study I found it hard follow -the introduction paper verbose and discusses motivation whole STRAP project rather than specifically relevant...
