The distribution of target phytohormones is highlighted in wounded Arabidopsis leaves, the differences their abundance are determined, and correlations between them analysed using DESI-MSI analysis.
Hormone perception and signaling pathways have a fundamental regulatory function in the physiological processes of plants. Cytokinins, class plant hormones, regulate cell division meristem maintenance. The cytokinin pathway is well established model Arabidopsisthaliana. Several negative feedback mechanisms, tightly controlling output, been described previously. In this study, we identified new mechanism executed through alternative splicing receptor AHK4/CRE1. A novel variant named CRE1
