This paper provides a nationwide casual estimation of air pollution on labor share for the manufacturing industry in China from 1998 to 2015.Using changes annual intensity thermal inversion as an instrument, we find that 1μg/m 3 increase PM2.5 increases by 4.01%-6.50%(about 0.02-0.04 absolute value).Results show although both income and capital decrease, decreases more which results increase.The also reveal change is primarily driven productivity loss effective decline, drastic drop...
