This study describes the synthesis of Ag–bismuth vanadate (Ag–BiVO4) microspheres, a highly efficient visible light photocatalyst for degradation methylene blue, via one-step hydrothermal method.
We hypothesized that photocatalysts with a low band gap could be useful in the sterilization of ceramic tiles natural environments toilets using light those settings. Certain can produce reactive oxygen species (ROS) under illumination, which turn are bactericidal. The properties BiOBr-containing were tuned by creating junctions and heterostructures Ag InVO4 studied respect to their bactericidal effect dispersion. mechanism was through experiments active captured via electron paramagnetic...
A novel Ag-reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) (AgGB) ternary composite was successfully synthesized via a one-step method. The prepared characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive (EDX), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area measurement, Raman scattering spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible diffuse-reflection (UV-vis DRS). results showed that bulk monoclinic needle-like BiVO4 Ag...
In order to realize high efficiency visible-light absorption and electron–hole separation of bismuth vanadate (BVO), we synthesized carbon-doped BVO (C-BVO) with behavior. We used polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 as a template L-cysteine the carbon source in one-step hydrothermal synthesis method, then obtained BVO@multi-walled nanotubes (C-BVO@MWCNT) by two-step method. The were characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, photoelectron UV-vis diffuse reflectance specific surface...
We prepared a unique leaf-like BiVO 4 -reduced graphene oxide (BiVO -rGO) composite with prominent adsorption performance and photocatalytic ability by single-step method. Multiple characterization results showed that the average diameter of about 5 um was well dispersed on reduced sheet, which enhanced transportation photogenerated electrons into , thereby leading to efficient separation carriers in coupled graphene-nanocomposite system. The experiment also indicated outstanding such...
In this research, a composite material (MWCNT@BiVO4) was prepared using one step hydrothermal method.
A β-NaYF4:Ho3+@TiO2 core–shell microcrystal photocatalyst was synthesized using a hydrothermal method followed by hydrolysis of tetra-n-butyl titanate (TBOT), with polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 (PVP) as the coupling agent. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, transmission photoelectron fluorescence and Raman spectrometry, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spin resonance were used to characterize photocatalyst. It found that core's hexagonal phase...
