Creep strain characterizes the degree of creep damage and life superalloys. The process is accompanied by element redistribution microstructure evolution; understanding multi-characteristic relationships morphology strain/stress essentially important for design prediction Accurate necessitates comprehensive feature data. In this work, a phase-field (PF)-informed machine learning (ML) developed to investigate Ni-12.2Al-6Co-2.5Ta (at.%) superalloy. crystal plasticity PF model employed simulate...

Rapid and accurate determination of soil salt content (SSC) its spatial distribution are great significance for the prevention improvement salinization. Satellite unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing data have complementary advantages. The fusion satellite UAV multisource to improve accuracy SSC based on inversion methods has become a hot topic, appropriate level needs be explored determined. objective this study was determine Sentinel-2A Multispectral Instrument (Sentinel-MSI) image...

Closed-cell aluminum alloy (A356) foams with different percentages of Al-Ti-B are prepared by melt foaming method, using Ca and TiH2 as thickening agent agent, respectively. SEM Quasi-static compression tests performed to investigate the effect on microstructure compressive properties foams. The results show that percentage 0.3 wt.% possess good combinations micro hardness, yield strength, plateau densification strain energy absorption capacity under present conditions. reasons mainly due...

In an abruptly changing velocity under directional solidification, microstructures and the growth orientation of Al-Al2Cu eutectic lamellar were characterized. The change in solidification rate led to interfacial instability, which results a bifurcation lamella into new, refined lamellae. Al2Cu phase was also only its (001) direction more strongly oriented heat flow direction. suggest that spacing adjustment may be caused by determining lateral diffusion solutes after instability.
